Engagement of Services
The specific bookkeeping, tax, and advisory services we provide are defined in the engagement letter we agree to with each client. These terms supplement, and do not replace, that engagement letter.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete records in a timely manner so that we can perform our work. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to us.
Fees
Fees for our services are set out in your engagement letter and are billed on the agreed schedule. Either party may end the engagement with reasonable written notice.
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided with professional care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
